How does a Content Management System work?
To make changes to the site that are controlled by the CMS you would:

• Log in to the CMS with a username and password.
• Select the area you wish to alter (e.g. News)
• Either select an existing news item to edit or add a new News item
• Insert the information regarding the News Item (remember to use HCOMS spell checker first!)
• Finally save your changes. The new item will now appear on your website
